A Testimony from Albanian Brothers That Fawāz Al-Madk͟halī Used to Advise Salafis to Refer Back to S͟hayk͟h ʿAbdullāh Al-Buk͟hārī and S͟hayk͟h ʿArafāt Al-Muḥammadī, and That He Regarded Them as Being Among The Senior Scholars

When Fawāz Al-Madk͟halī came to Albania in 2024, on the 27th of July, he visited the city of Kukës, and we gathered with him in the Bīsāy Mosque.

Brother Edison Spahiu posed the following question to Fawāz: “Because of the fitan that occur, whom do you advise us to refer to for consultation?”

Fawāz replied: “Refer back to the senior scholars.”

Then Brother Edison asked again: “Since we travel and go for ʿUmrah, who are the senior scholars that you advise us to visit and refer back to?”

Fawāz replied: “To S͟hayk͟h ʿAbdullāh Al-Buk͟hārī, S͟hayk͟h ʿArafāt, and to others from among the scholars.”

Ustād͟h Shaʿbān Tūlāy

Ustād͟h ʿAbdul-ʿAzīz As-Suwaysirī

Ustād͟h Samīr Faliyo Al-Maqdūnī

And a large number of brothers.
