Fawāz Al-Madk͟halī (may Allāh guide him) shared the following post on his Facebook Page on 27th June 2019! Defending S͟hayk͟h ʿArafāt (may Allāh preserve him) against the accusation of aligning with the Transitionists:

Fitnah of The Liars!

In the Name of Allāh, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. All praise belongs to Allāh; to proceed:

Among the worst channels to have emerged on the scene recently is the channel of evil and fitnah falsely named “Qusantīnah Daʿwiyyah”. It is a purely Ḥaddādī channel, treading exactly the path of the first (Maḥmūd) Al-Ḥaddād.

There is no integrity in transmission, no piety, no truthfulness, no verification of reports, and no respect for those whose beards have turned grey in calling towards Allāh.

Instead, one finds injustice, lies, slander, and belittlement of the people of knowledge; students and scholars alike. Allāh is sufficient as a Reckoner against them.

I came across a tweet from this channel (may Allāh paralyze the hand of its owner) in which two blatant lies were fabricated against our S͟hayk͟h, Dr. ʿArafāt ibn Ḥasan Al-Muḥammadī (may Allāh preserve him). This is hardly surprising coming from them. For the merchandise of the Mufarriqīn (Ibn Hādī's followers) can never be promoted without lies, falsehood, and accusing the innocent of what they are free from.

The first of their lies was their claim that the brother of our S͟hayk͟h, Aḥmad ibn Ḥasan Al-Yemenī, is a member of the Transitional Council alongside the Khārijī Hānī ibn Barek, as alleged in the following link:

This is sheer falsehood and slander, and our S͟hayk͟h has previously refuted this nonsense. To further expose the lie of the channel’s owner, I asked our S͟hayk͟h today about what they are spreading, and this is the text of the question:

As-Salāmu ʿalaykum wa Raḥmaṭullāhi wa Barakātuh. Ḥayyāka-llāh our dear S͟hayk͟h. Our S͟hayk͟h, a question (may Allāh preserve you) regarding what some Mufarriqah are circulating online: that your brother, S͟hayk͟h Aḥmad ibn Ḥasan Al-Muḥammadī, works with the Transitional Council. What is the accuracy of this claim, may Allāh bless you?

Answer: Wa ʿAlaykumus-Salām wa Raḥmaṭullāhi wa Barakātuh. This is sheer falsehood and slander. Aḥmad ibn Ḥasan is an Imām and Khaṭīb, with commendable efforts in calling towards Allāh. We ask Allāh the Exalted to benefit through him, guide him aright, and grant him success. He has no affiliation whatsoever with any council, neither political nor transitional. Whoever claims otherwise has spoken contrary to the truth and merely picked up a lie. — End quote

As for his second lie, it is his claim that our S͟hayk͟h ʿArafāt (may Allāh preserve him) has recently begun spreading praise for the Saudi judiciary, going so far as to say: “Where was this praise in for so long?”

In response, I say: firstly, what fault is there in praising the Saudi judiciary? Especially when it is a Sharʿī judiciary that implements Islamic law in its rulings, all praise and favour belong to Allāh. Or did it displease you that he praised the ruling of the Sharʿī court when it sentenced your “guardian” to flogging?!

Secondly, our S͟hayk͟h's praise of the Saudi judiciary is not recent; it dates back to 2016 CE—long before the fitnah of your slanderous S͟hayk͟h. The one who split the Salafis across the entire world! Here is the proof establishing that this praise existed years earlier, via the following links:

To conclude, I say to the owner of the channel: it is not through lies and slander that you prevail over your opponents, rather through clear evidences, which your leader was incapable of producing to justify his attack against our S͟hayk͟h. Therefore, our certainty increases day after day that you are corrupters whose only commodity is falsehood.
